At Allora, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. If your new decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help simplify the return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home goods are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
